A hybrid workout combining elements of bodyweight strength, weightlifting and conditioning training.These hefty workouts are a fan favourite, and build well-rounded strength and cardio-capacity.

bodyweight
Gymnastics and callisthenics-inspired strength and flexibility training using only your own body weight. This program will give you a foundation of strength and body awareness unlocking true physical mastery.
Through our unique Bodyweight Progression System you’ll train on apparatus like the rings and stall bars and learn cool movements like handstands and levers.
lift
A classic Barbell strength program, drawing on the techniques of Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting.
This class splits its time between technical development and building raw strength and power. The kind of power that makes all areas of life easier - whether you’re picking up kids, swinging a hammer, or dominating a weekend soccer match.
swole
Swole is our Friday-night special all about building muscle. It’s the end of a big week and you deserve an indulgent session where it’s all about high fives, pushing ‘til failure and getting a sweet pump with your mates.
